If you receive a message stating that an account for that email already exists, please use a different email address or email us at [email protected] to connect your existing account to the PAL.

When registered as a user, you can:

• Submit your own request online to EOIR FOIA Home
  
• Check the status of requests submitted through the portal
• Download your records if delivered through the portal*
• Update your contact information**

*Not all responses are delivered through the PAL. If the case status shows "Closed" and nothing is available to download, your response was emailed to the address in your PAL profile.
